Anyone designing merchandise for a client usually has the same problem: the idea is there, but the route to the finished product runs through a catalogue. In the end the design becomes a selection from whatever happens to be available — and the inner label carries the name of a manufacturer nobody ordered.
We work the other way round. You come with a design or an idea, we develop a product from it and produce it in our own factory — from thirteen product groups, from Socks and Caps through sliders to your own Trainers. What reaches the customer in the end carries your design and your name — not ours.
What “without anyone else's logo” actually means
- No FUREVO on the product. Neither printed nor knitted in nor on the label.
- Your own inner label is possible. On caps and textiles a neck label can be fitted carrying your name or your client's.
- Neutral fulfilment. On request the goods go straight to your client or to their end customers — with your paperwork.
- You remain the point of contact. We do not appear to your client if you would rather we did not.
Our own factory instead of
a middleman.
The difference between a dealer and a manufacturer shows the moment an enquiry departs from the standard. A dealer tells you what is available. A manufacturer tells you what would be possible.
At the core of our production is our own factory in Istanbul. Material selection and purchasing are in our hands there, not with a middleman — that is why we can have a say on material, construction and price instead of merely passing things on. Production is almost exclusively in Europe, in certified factories that we visit ourselves on a regular basis.

From briefing to sample
to production run.
For simple products a design is enough. As soon as it is something that does not yet exist in this form, we work in stages — so that nobody has to approve a production run they have only seen on screen.
The four stages
- Briefing. You send us a design, an idea or just a direction. Whatever is missing, we ask for: occasion, audience, quantity, deadline, budget range.
- Digital design. Our own in-house designers draw your product by hand and true to scale — deliberately without AI, so that you see what will actually be produced. Within 24 hours, usually the same day.
- Sample. For demanding products a sample is made for approval before the production run. With a bespoke sneaker, for example, the sample pair is a fixed part of the process.
- Production run. Around four weeks from your approval until delivery.

nobody enjoys.
Production is rarely the problem. What gets laborious is everything after it: storing, picking, packing, shipping to many addresses, reordering. That is exactly what we take on as well if you want.
For STADA we run the entire cycle for the Elotrans brand — production, fulfilment, storage, logistics and shipping right through to the end customer. The brand provides design and approval, we do the rest. For clever fit we deliver to around 500 franchise studios, each one individually, with no central warehouse at the franchisor.
For an agency that means you can offer a merchandise project without having a warehouse, a shipping department or a reordering system of your own.

For agencies, dealers and resellers we calculate separate B2B terms. What that means in a given case depends on product, quantity and repeat business — which is why there is no table here but a commitment: you get the price scale together with the design, before anything is binding.
